Within Finance Consulting, we assist clients in assessing and transforming their finance functions for improved performance and effectiveness. This includes implementing service and cost improvements, and embedding a performance management culture. Business Transformation encompasses architecture, experience design, business design, and execution for multi-year programs. Supply Chain and Operations provides industry-specific insights and digital advancements to improve outcomes, drive sales growth, enhance cost competitiveness, minimize risk, and ensure operational resilience.

As a Senior Consultant, you will leverage your expertise in finance transformation initiatives, including process redesign, operating model improvement, and control optimization. You will support GCC setup activities, encompassing finance function design, transition planning, and stakeholder alignment. Your role involves applying general consulting methodologies to assess current-state finance processes and define future-state solutions. You will analyze financial workflows, identify efficiency opportunities, and support the implementation of standardized practices. A key part of your contribution will be to business consulting engagements within finance transformation programs, focusing on structured execution and deliverables.

To excel in this role, you must possess a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. We require a minimum of 3 years of experience in Financial Analysis. Candidates should demonstrate an ability to collaborate across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements. A practical, problem-solving approach is essential, delivering insightful and practical solutions.
