This Senior Consultant role within Business Consulting, specifically focused on TMT and Finance within the CNS domain, is based in Bangalore. You'll contribute to transforming businesses through people, technology, and innovation, driving long-term value by solving complex strategic challenges for our clients.

Spearhead finance transformation initiatives, encompassing core finance processes, operating models, and target-state design. Provide expertise in GCC setup engagements, including strategy, governance, and transition planning. Assess current finance functions to identify improvement opportunities aligned with business objectives. Develop comprehensive process documentation, transformation roadmaps, and implementation plans for finance programs. Support consulting engagements by structuring analyses, synthesizing findings, and contributing to solution development.

A Master of Business Administration (MBA) is required. You need a minimum of 3 years of experience in Financial Analysis.
