This role is for a Senior Consultant within the TMT (Technology, Media & Entertainment, and Telecommunications) and Business Consulting (Finance) practice in Bangalore.

As a Senior Consultant, you will leverage strong consulting expertise in business process assessment, solution design, and transformation delivery specifically within finance functions. Your responsibilities will include supporting Global Business Services (GBS) setup, defining operating models, and standardizing processes. You will analyze current finance processes, design future-state frameworks aligned with business objectives, and develop structured recommendations, implementation roadmaps, and documentation for consulting engagements. Experience in finance transformation initiatives and a solid grasp of end-to-end business consulting methodologies are essential.

To qualify for this role, you must possess a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. We are seeking individuals with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Analysis. The ideal candidate will demonstrate an ability to collaborate across multiple client departments, adhering to commercial and legal requirements.
