Our Business Consulting practice partners with clients to reimagine their business models, drive growth, manage costs, and overcome operational challenges. The Finance Consulting team, specifically, assists clients in assessing and transforming their finance functions for improved performance and effectiveness, implementing service and cost initiatives, and embedding performance management processes. We are looking for individuals who can bring a practical, collaborative, and insightful approach to solving complex business problems.

Drive finance transformation initiatives focusing on core finance processes, operating models, and target-state design. Provide expertise in supporting GCC setup engagements, including location strategy, governance, and transition planning. Assess current-state finance functions to identify and define improvement opportunities aligned with business objectives. Develop comprehensive process documentation, transformation roadmaps, and implementation plans for finance programs. Contribute to consulting engagements by structuring analyses, synthesizing findings, and supporting solution development for clients.

Engage in client-facing activities, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and ensure compliance with commercial and legal requirements. Apply a practical and agile approach to problem-solving, delivering insightful and creative solutions. Maintain a positive and adaptable attitude while navigating complex projects and client needs.

Possess an MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree. Minimum of 3 years of experience in Financial Analysis. Demonstrated understanding of finance transformation initiatives, including operating models and target-state design.

Proven experience in supporting GCC setup engagements, covering location strategy, governance, and transition planning. Ability to assess current finance functions and outline improvement opportunities aligned with business goals. Proficiency in developing process documentation, transformation roadmaps, and implementation plans for finance programs. Experience in consulting engagements, with the capacity to structure analyses, synthesize findings, and support solution development is essential.
