As a Senior Consultant, you will leverage strong consulting expertise in business process assessment, solution design, and transformation delivery, particularly within finance functions. Your responsibilities include hands-on support for Global Business Services (GBS) setup, including operating model design and process standardization. You will analyze current finance processes, define future-state frameworks aligned with business objectives, and develop structured recommendations and implementation roadmaps.

Your role will involve working on finance transformation initiatives, applying a solid understanding of end-to-end business consulting methodologies. You'll collaborate across client departments, adhering to commercial and legal requirements, and provide insightful, practical solutions to complex problems.

To excel in this role, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) is required, complemented by a minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Analysis.
