As a Senior Consultant, you will leverage your expertise to drive finance transformation initiatives for our clients. This includes assessing current-state finance functions, defining improvement opportunities, and developing target-state operating models. You will be responsible for creating comprehensive process documentation, transformation roadmaps, and implementation plans for complex finance programs.

Furthermore, you will play a key role in supporting GCC setup engagements, advising on location strategy, governance structures, and transition planning. Your ability to structure analyses, synthesize findings, and support solution development will be crucial in delivering insightful and practical solutions to our clients' most pressing challenges.

To excel in this role, you should possess a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. A minimum of 3 years of experience in Financial Analysis is required.

We are seeking individuals with a strong understanding of finance transformation, core finance processes, and operating model design. Proven experience in supporting GCC setup engagements, including location strategy, governance, and transition planning, is essential. The ability to assess current-state finance functions and identify improvement opportunities aligned with business objectives is a must.
