This role is for a Senior Consultant within Business Consulting, focusing on Public Sector (GOV) and Transformation Delivery in New Delhi. The Global Government & Public Sector team leverages international expertise and local insights to address critical challenges for governments worldwide, developing innovative solutions for future public services. This includes a deep understanding of how digital transformation impacts organizational structures, governance, and citizen services, aiming to re-ignite performance through strategic choices and cross-service line solutions.

Your key responsibilities will involve driving technical excellence within the Urban Development domain. This includes contributing to the strategic transformation of government and public sector entities by redesigning how public services function, balancing strategic choices, and implementing solutions that address current and future challenges. You will be instrumental in redesigning business purpose and models, managing costs, responding to market pressures, and resolving operational challenges within large-scale, multi-year programs.

To excel in this role, you will need a Bachelor of Architecture, Master of Architecture, or Master of Design qualification, coupled with experience in Urban Development.
