This Senior Consultant role is within our Government and Public Sector (GPS) practice, focusing on Business Consulting and Transformation Delivery in New Delhi. Our GPS team brings world-class experience and local knowledge to solve critical challenges facing governments today, focusing on building solutions for the future and reinventing public services.

Digital transformation at EY involves a holistic overhaul of organizational structures, governance, work processes, culture, and mindsets, redesigning how public services function and fostering new relationships and business models. We assist clients in balancing strategic choices to enhance performance, offering cross-service line strategic solutions aligned with client priorities.

As a Senior Consultant, you will leverage your expertise to deliver transformation programs within the government sector, demonstrating a strong understanding of public-sector processes, policies, and governance frameworks. You will apply general consulting methodologies for diagnosing business problems, structuring analyses, and developing actionable recommendations.

Key responsibilities include proficiently applying project management practices to plan, track, and deliver transformation initiatives within defined scope, timelines, and budgets. You will translate business requirements into structured deliverables such as process maps, operating models, and implementation roadmaps. Additionally, you will utilize stakeholder analysis and performance metrics to monitor delivery progress and drive measurable outcomes in government transformation programs.

To excel in this role, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) is required, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Intelligence. Proven experience delivering transformation programs in government sector engagements is essential, including a solid grasp of public-sector processes, policies, and governance frameworks.
