EY's Global Government & Public Sector practice is dedicated to solving critical issues facing governments today. We combine global expertise with local insight to develop solutions that help public sector entities navigate future challenges and reimagine their operations. Digital transformation is at the core of this, involving a holistic overhaul of structures, governance, processes, culture, and mindsets to redefine public service delivery.

Within Business Consulting, we work with clients to reimagine business models, drive growth, manage costs, and respond to market pressures. Our expertise spans Business Transformation, Finance Consulting, and Supply Chain and Operations, supporting complex, large-scale programs. This includes designing and delivering transformation initiatives that enhance performance, effectiveness, and operational resilience.

Your key responsibilities will include demonstrating technical excellence in Climate and Environment competency. You will be expected to possess experience working with Government and Public Sector clients and possess strong client-facing experience. The role demands an ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and consistently deliver results.

This position also requires people with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple client departments, adhering to commercial and legal requirements. You will need a practical approach to problem-solving, delivering insightful and actionable solutions. Key attributes include being agile, curious, mindful, and maintaining positive energy, with an adaptable and creative approach to your work.

To be successful in this role, you must hold a B.Tech or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, complemented by a Master's degree in Environment, Climate, or a related discipline. We are looking for individuals with 3 to 15 years of experience, scalable to project needs.
