This Senior Consultant role is within our Government & Public Sector (GPS) Business Consulting PI practice, focusing on Transformation Delivery in New Delhi. Our GPS team leverages international expertise and local knowledge to address critical challenges for governments, actively developing solutions for the future.

Digital transformation extends beyond technology, encompassing organizational structures, governance, work processes, culture, and mindset. We assist public sector entities in reinventing themselves and balancing strategic choices to enhance performance, working collaboratively to build a better world for all citizens.

Leverage proven experience in delivering transformation programs within government sector engagements, demonstrating a strong understanding of public-sector processes, policies, and governance frameworks.

Apply general consulting methodologies for diagnosing business problems, structuring analyses, and developing actionable recommendations.

Utilize proficient project management practices to plan, track, and deliver transformation initiatives against defined scope, timelines, and budgets.

Translate business requirements into structured deliverables, including process maps, operating models, and implementation roadmaps.

Employ stakeholder analysis and performance metrics to monitor delivery progress and drive measurable outcomes in government transformation programs.

Possess a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.

Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Intelligence.

Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively across multiple client departments, adhering to commercial and legal requirements.

Exhibit a practical approach to solving complex problems and delivering insightful, practical solutions.
