This role is a Senior Consultant position within the Government & Public Sector (GPS) Business Consulting Transformation Delivery team in New Delhi.

Leverage your expertise to deliver transformation programs within government sector engagements, demonstrating a deep understanding of public-sector processes, policies, and governance frameworks. Apply consulting methodologies to diagnose business issues, structure analyses, and formulate practical recommendations. Utilize project management practices to effectively plan, monitor, and execute transformation initiatives within defined scopes, timelines, and budgets. Translate complex business requirements into clear deliverables such as process maps, operating models, and implementation roadmaps. Employ stakeholder analysis and performance metrics to track delivery progress and drive measurable results in government transformation initiatives.

To excel in this role, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) is required. We seek candidates with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Intelligence. You should possess the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal guidelines. A practical, problem-solving approach is essential, delivering insightful and actionable solutions.
