This role specifically contributes to Business Transformation, where we manage large-scale, multi-year programs from conception through execution.

Demonstrate deep expertise in program management to support large-scale transformation delivery initiatives. Apply strong understanding of operational excellence practices to enhance efficiency and standardize processes. Effectively engage stakeholders and coordinate cross-functionally within complex consulting environments. Proficiently draft documents to create clear, structured, and client-ready deliverables. Utilize working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, and Excel for analysis, documentation, and presentations.

Collaborate effectively across multiple client departments, adhering to commercial and legal requirements. Employ a practical approach to problem-solving, delivering insightful and actionable solutions. Maintain an agile, curious, and mindful demeanor, sustaining positive energy while adapting creatively to challenges.

To excel in this role, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) or Master of Commerce (MCom) is required, alongside a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) or equivalent. A minimum of 6 years of experience in Project Management is essential. The ideal candidate possesses the ability to work collaboratively, providing services across diverse client departments while respecting commercial and legal frameworks.
