This role focuses on transformation delivery within the Government sector, addressing critical challenges and reinventing public services through digital innovation and strategic solutions. The aim is to help public sector entities build a better future for all citizens.

Support the planning, implementation, and monitoring of skill development projects, coordinating with government departments, training partners, and industries.

Prepare comprehensive project reports, concept notes, presentations, and policy briefs. Track project progress against established targets, timelines, and deliverables.

Develop skilling strategies, operational guidelines, and implementation frameworks. Conduct field visits to monitor training centers, institutions, and project activities.

Facilitate industry partnerships, placements, apprenticeships, and employer engagement. Support curriculum development, assessment, certification, and quality assurance processes.

Organize workshops, consultations, training programs, and stakeholder meetings. Manage MIS, data analysis, dashboards, and reporting requirements.

Contribute to the capacity building of government officials, institutions, and training providers. Identify risks and implementation challenges, recommending corrective actions.

A Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelor of Business Administration, Master of Commerce, Master of Business Administration, Post Graduate Diploma in Management, or PG Diploma in Human Resource Management is required.

Minimum of 6 years of experience in Project Management is essential.
