This Senior Consultant role is within our Government and Public Sector (GPS) practice, focused on Business Consulting and Transformation Delivery in New Delhi. Our GPS team leverages global expertise and local insight to address critical challenges facing governments today, helping public sector entities reinvent themselves for the future.

As a Senior Consultant, you will drive transformation programs within government sector engagements, applying a deep understanding of public-sector processes, policies, and governance. You will utilize general consulting methodologies to diagnose business problems, structure analyses, and develop actionable recommendations.

Key responsibilities include applying project management practices to ensure transformation initiatives are delivered within scope, timelines, and budgets. You will translate business requirements into structured deliverables such as process maps, operating models, and implementation roadmaps. Furthermore, you will leverage stakeholder analysis and performance metrics to monitor delivery progress and drive measurable outcomes in government transformation programs.

To excel in this role, you should possess proven experience delivering transformation programs within government sector engagements, coupled with a strong understanding of public-sector dynamics. A solid grasp of consulting methodologies for problem diagnosis, analysis structuring, and recommendation development is essential.

Proficiency in project management practices to plan, track, and deliver initiatives is required. You will need to be skilled in translating business needs into deliverables like process maps and operating models. An MBA is a mandatory qualification, and you must have at least 3 years of experience in Business Intelligence.
