As a Senior Consultant in Business Consulting for the Government sector, you will be part of a dedicated network of professionals serving public sector clients. We bring international expertise and local insight to solve critical problems for governments today, focusing on building solutions that prepare public sector entities for future challenges and self-reinvention.

Digital transformation goes beyond new technologies, requiring a complete overhaul of organizational structures, governance, processes, culture, and mindset. It involves reimagining relationships and business models to redefine public service functionality. We assist clients in balancing strategic choices to re-ignite performance through cross-service line solutions aligned with client priorities, maintaining a strong record of helping governments address challenges and improve services for all citizens.

Leverage a strong foundation in policy research, program evaluation, and monitoring & evaluation to drive public sector transformation initiatives. Utilize Excel, STATA, SPSS, and dashboard/reporting tools for in-depth data analysis and evidence generation. Prepare comprehensive policy briefs, concept notes, analytical reports, and other evidence-based advisory outputs.

Support the formulation, review, and revision of policies, schemes, operational guidelines, and strategic frameworks. Conduct baseline studies, impact assessments, mid-term reviews, and develop KPI/outcome indicators, with a particular focus on rural development programs.

A Master of Business Administration (MBA), Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM), Master of Economics, Master of Public Policy, Master of Development Studies, or Master of Statistics is required.

Ideal candidates possess 3-6 years of experience in Public Policy, Policy Advisory, and Research & Analysis.
