The Senior Consultant role focuses on Business Consulting within the Government and Public Sector (GPS) domain, specifically in Transformation Delivery. The GPS team leverages international expertise and local knowledge to address critical challenges faced by governments today, focusing on digital transformation and reinventing public services.

Our Business Consulting practice drives long-term value by solving strategic problems. We assist clients in reimagining business models, achieving growth, managing costs, and navigating market pressures and operational challenges through innovation, strategy, and deep functional expertise. This includes specialized areas like Finance Consulting, Business Transformation, and Supply Chain and Operations.

Lead the development and management of large-scale projects within the MSME/Economic Development domain, particularly those sponsored by Central Ministries or State Governments.

Demonstrate a profound understanding of projects funded by central or state governments, with a specific emphasis on the MSME sector.

Collaborate effectively across multiple client departments, ensuring adherence to commercial and legal requirements.

Apply a practical approach to problem-solving, delivering insightful and actionable solutions for complex issues.

A Master of Business Administration (MBA) or a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) is required.

Possess at least 6 years of experience in Project Management.

Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively across diverse client departments while respecting commercial and legal stipulations.
