A Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science, Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Bachelor of Science in Physics, or Master of Computer Applications is required.

Advanced degrees such as a Master of Business Administration, PhD in Economics, Post Graduate Diploma in Management, or PG Diploma in Human Resource Management are also considered.

Demonstrated experience of at least 3 years in Business Intelligence, Customer Success Management, Talent Acquisition, and Artificial Intelligence is essential.

Additionally, 4 years of experience in HR Operations is necessary for this role.

Candidates must possess the ability to collaborate across multiple client departments, adhering to commercial and legal requirements.
