This role is for a Senior Consultant within our Government and Public Sector (GPS) Business Consulting team, focusing on Transformation Delivery in New Delhi. Our GPS practice leverages global expertise and local insight to tackle critical challenges for governments, creating solutions that help public sector entities navigate the future and reinvent their operations.

As a Senior Consultant, you will drive large-scale transformation delivery initiatives, demonstrating expertise in program management. You will apply operational excellence practices to enhance efficiency and standardize processes.

A key part of your role will involve proficient stakeholder engagement and coordinating across various functions within complex consulting environments. You will also be responsible for drafting clear, structured, and client-ready deliverables.

Furthermore, you will utilize your working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel to support analysis, documentation, and presentation needs, contributing to impactful client solutions.

To excel in this role, you should possess a strong background in program management, with at least 6 years of experience in project management.

Key qualifications include a Master of Business Administration (MBA), Master of Commerce (MCom), or a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA).
