Lead the design and implementation of disability inclusion initiatives for State Government departments and agencies, providing expertise in disability rights, accessibility standards, and universal design.

Develop innovative solutions and support governments in policy formulation, strategy development, and program design for disability inclusion. Conduct research and gap analyses to identify areas for improvement in accessibility and inclusion.

Analyze large datasets to generate actionable insights for evidence-based decision-making, and develop monitoring frameworks, dashboards, and reports to track program outcomes.

Coordinate effectively with government officials, development partners, NGOs, and disabled persons' organizations (DPOs) to ensure successful program delivery.

A Master of Business Administration (MBA) is required for this role.

We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 6 years of experience in Project Management.
