As a Senior Consultant, you will leverage your expertise to lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring strong project management and effective stakeholder coordination across various workstreams. You will be responsible for developing high-quality advisory outputs through rigorous quantitative and qualitative research, monitoring and evaluation, and impact assessment.

Your role will involve proficient report writing and presentation development, translating complex insights into clear, actionable recommendations using tools like Excel and PowerPoint. You will also contribute to proposal development, business development support, and client relationship management, particularly for social sector and CSR engagements.

Furthermore, you will manage project teams, mentor junior resources, and add value through your experience with CSR compliance, government interfaces, and impact measurement frameworks. Your ability to work collaboratively across client departments, adhering to commercial and legal requirements, will be essential for success.

To excel in this role, you will need a Masters in Social Science and over 5 years of experience within the social sector. A practical, problem-solving approach is crucial, enabling you to deliver insightful and effective solutions.
