We are seeking a Senior Consultant to join our Business Consulting team in New Delhi, focusing on Transformation Delivery within the Government and Public Sector. This role is integral to helping public sector entities navigate digital transformation, redesign services, and achieve strategic objectives through innovative solutions and operational improvements.

As a Senior Consultant, you will apply strong business consulting methodologies to support transformation delivery engagements. This includes analyzing current processes, identifying areas for operational and strategic improvement, and developing structured business solutions aligned with client objectives. You will be responsible for creating high-quality consulting deliverables, such as assessments and implementation plans, and supporting project execution through diligent data-driven analysis and tracking of transformation initiatives.

To excel in this role, a solid foundation in business consulting methodologies is essential, along with proven experience in project management (6+ years), business intelligence (3+ years), and financial analysis (3+ years). Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., B.Tech, B.E., BBA, B.Arch) or a Master's degree or Post Graduate Diploma (e.g., M.Tech, M.Sc, MBA, M.Arch, PhD, PGDM).
