Our Global Government & Public Sector (GPS) team collaborates with governments worldwide, leveraging international expertise and local insights to address critical challenges. We focus on developing innovative solutions to help public sector entities navigate future challenges and reinvent their operations.

Develop and execute technical consulting strategies within urban planning frameworks for public sector transformation initiatives. Analyze and enhance municipal services to ensure efficient service delivery and achieve optimal operational outcomes. Create robust consulting deliverables, grounded in data, policy analysis, and domain-specific knowledge. Translate complex municipal and urban development requirements into clear, actionable recommendations and comprehensive implementation plans. Engage in client-facing consulting activities, including supporting presentations and facilitating productive stakeholder discussions.

We are seeking individuals with a strong technical understanding of urban planning frameworks and their practical application in public sector transformation projects. Demonstrated experience in analyzing and improving municipal services to support effective service delivery and achieve operational goals is essential. Candidates must possess the ability to develop structured consulting deliverables that are data-driven, policy-informed, and leverage domain expertise. Proficiency in translating municipal and urban development requirements into actionable recommendations and implementation strategies is required. Exposure to client-facing consulting engagements, with the capability to support presentations and stakeholder discussions, is necessary.

A Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering, Bachelor of Architecture, or Bachelor of Design is required. Additionally, a Master of Technology in Civil Engineering, Master of Business Administration, or Master of Architecture is preferred.

Required experience includes a minimum of 2 years in Technical Writing and 3 years in Business Intelligence.
