Support high-quality advisory engagements in CSR strategy, program design, implementation, and impact assessment. Conduct quantitative and qualitative research, developing strategic recommendations and actionable roadmaps. Assist clients in conceptualizing and strengthening CSR portfolios, assessing program effectiveness, and supporting monitoring systems. Engage with diverse stakeholders, including corporate CSR teams, foundations, government departments, and community groups. Contribute to business development, thought leadership, and market research within the social impact landscape.

A Master's degree in Social Work, Development Studies, Public Policy, Public Health, Rural Management, Economics, Sociology, Gender Studies, Environmental Studies, or an MBA is required. Candidates should possess 3-6 years of experience in the development sector, CSR, social impact consulting, or with multilateral agencies and foundations. Demonstrated experience in managing multi-stakeholder initiatives and delivering research, assessments, CSR program implementation, or advisory engagements is essential.
