Drive technical excellence by demonstrating expertise in business analysis across digital and multi-channel banking. Analyze mobile banking products, define requirements, and optimize processes.

Map and analyze end-to-end customer journeys to pinpoint areas for digital improvement and enhance customer engagement.

A Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science is required.
