This Senior Consultant role within AMI (Advanced Manufacturing, Mobility & Infrastructure) and CNS (Consumer Network Services) - Business Consulting, focusing on Supply Chain & Operations, is based in New Delhi. You'll contribute to transforming businesses through people, technology, and innovation, with a client-centric approach to deliver long-term value.

Key responsibilities center on driving sales acceleration through diagnosing revenue levers, redesigning go-to-market models, building sales playbooks, and establishing sales operations cadence. You will implement pricing and discounting guardrails, deploy incentive plan redesigns, and recommend sales technology stack solutions. Additionally, responsibilities include sales transformation by re-architecting sales processes and designing inside sales and partner/channel models. You will also focus on cost optimization, EBITDA improvement, and defining growth strategies. Delivery and stakeholder management involve leading client workshops, owning work streams, and quantifying impact with robust tracking.

To qualify for this role, an MBA is required. We are looking for individuals who can collaborate effectively across client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements.
