Join our Advanced Manufacturing, Mobility & Infrastructure (AMI) and Corporate and National Services (CNS) teams as a Senior Consultant. This role is pivotal in driving improvements within Supply Chain & Operations, focusing on Sales Acceleration and strategic growth initiatives. As a Senior Consultant, your primary focus will be Sales Acceleration. This involves diagnosing revenue levers, redesigning Go-to-Market models, and building Sales Playbooks. You will also be responsible for establishing Sales Operations cadences, implementing pricing and discounting strategies, and deploying incentive plan redesigns. Additionally, you'll recommend and drive adoption of Sales Technology stacks.

Further responsibilities include re-architecting sales processes, designing inside sales and channel models, and building capability uplift programs. You will identify cost-to-serve drivers, optimize trade spends and channel margins, and improve pricing architecture to expand gross margins. Defining growth strategies, sizing opportunities, and developing value creation plans are also key aspects of this role. You will lead cross-functional client workshops, manage project teams, and deliver board-ready outputs, quantifying impact through robust tracking and value assurance.

To excel in this role, you should possess an MBA. A strong background in Sales Acceleration and Growth Strategy is essential.
