Drive excellence in construction planning, budgeting, estimation, tendering, and procurement across the entire project lifecycle. Establish and manage Project Management Offices (PMOs) or Control Towers to oversee project portfolios, coordinating effectively with various stakeholders. Identify opportunities for cost savings, value engineering, and address budget leakages at different project stages. Assess existing construction processes and implement best-practice operating models to enhance productivity, quality, and cost control.

Lead digital transformation initiatives for project planning, site execution, performance tracking, and procurement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure schedule adherence, mitigate risks, and drive overall performance improvements. Preferred experience includes working with Tier 1 developers on large-scale Real Estate Infrastructure or EPC projects, with a proven track record of delivering measurable improvements in cycle times, cost accuracy, construction timelines, and project governance.

To be successful in this role, a Civil Engineering qualification is essential. You should possess a minimum of 6 years of experience in Project Management. We are seeking individuals with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple client departments, adhering to commercial and legal requirements.
