As a Senior Consultant within Business Consulting, you will engage in diverse fields including Finance Consulting, Business Transformation, and Supply Chain and Operations. This involves assessing and transforming finance functions, leading multidisciplinary transformation architecture, experience design, business design, and execution for large-scale programs. You will also contribute to enhancing operational performance, supporting sales growth, improving cost competitiveness, minimizing risk, and ensuring operational resilience by leveraging industry-specific insights, digital technologies, and strategic partnerships.

Your core responsibilities include delivering engagements across critical areas such as Business Planning, Business Transformation, Go-to-Market Strategy, Operating Model design, Market Research, Commercial Due Diligence (CDD), and Growth Strategy. You will conduct strategic assessments and market analyses, perform industry scans, competitive benchmarking, and create/validate business plans. Additionally, you will design and implement Go-to-Market strategies, operating models, organizational structures, and governance frameworks, as well as develop growth strategies, portfolio diversification plans, and entry strategies for new markets or emerging technologies, particularly within the Energy sector.

The role requires a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a minimum of 2 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or energy-focused advisory roles. You must possess proven experience in delivering engagements related to Business Planning, Business Transformation, Go-to-Market Strategy, Operating Model development, Market Research, Commercial Due Diligence (CDD), and Growth Strategy.

Essential capabilities include strong problem-solving, business modeling, and client management skills, with a track record of success on multi-stakeholder, high-impact strategic projects. Demonstrated exposure to the Energy sector, including Oil & Gas (upstream, midstream, downstream) and Energy & Infrastructure (utilities, power, large-scale infrastructure), is crucial.

We are seeking individuals with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements. A practical approach to solving complex issues, delivering insightful solutions, and demonstrating agility, curiosity, mindfulness, sustained positive energy, adaptability, and creativity are key attributes. Experience with global or Indian energy clients, investment funds, or large infrastructure players is preferred.
