EY is seeking a seasoned Senior Consultant to join our Business Consulting team in New Delhi. This role focuses on driving transformation within the Advanced Manufacturing, Mobility & Infrastructure (AMI) sector, specifically within Marketing, Sales & Service.

Lead engagements focused on business planning, transformation, go-to-market strategies, operating models, market research, commercial due diligence, and growth strategies.

Conduct strategic assessments and market analyses, including industry scans and competitive benchmarking for clients, particularly within the energy sector (Oil & Gas, Energy & Infrastructure).

Design and implement go-to-market strategies for new products/services and market entries. Develop and optimize operating models, organizational structures, and governance frameworks.

Contribute to designing growth strategies, portfolio diversification plans, and entry strategies for emerging energy technologies. Work with global or Indian energy clients, investment funds, or large infrastructure players.

A Master of Business Administration (MBA) is required for this role.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or energy-focused advisory roles is essential.

Proven experience in business planning, transformation, go-to-market strategy, operating model design, market research, commercial due diligence, and growth strategy.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, business modeling, and client management skills are critical. Experience with multi-stakeholder, high-impact strategic projects is expected.

Demonstrated exposure to the energy sector, including Oil & Gas (upstream, midstream, downstream) and Energy & Infrastructure (utilities, power, large-scale infrastructure), is highly preferred.
