The AMI industry group addresses the evolving needs of sectors like Aerospace and Defence, Chemicals, Infrastructure, Industrial Products, Automotive, and Transportation. We assist clients in navigating complex business landscapes, from product design to sales strategies, fostering cross-sector collaboration and robust market responses.

Leverage your expertise to deliver engagements across business planning, transformation, go-to-market strategy, and operating model design. Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analyses, and provide strategic insights for commercial due diligence and growth initiatives.

Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for new products or market entries. Design and optimize operating models, organizational structures, and governance frameworks.

A Master of Business Administration (MBA) is required, alongside a minimum of 2 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or energy-focused advisory roles.

Demonstrated success in business planning, business transformation, go-to-market strategy, operating model design, market research, commercial due diligence (CDD), and growth strategy is essential.
