As a Senior Consultant within our Business Consulting PI - Marketing Sales & Service practice, you will play a crucial role in transforming businesses by driving improvement initiatives across the revenue chain. Independently structure complex business problems and develop compelling business cases. Lead transformation engagements by applying core consulting skills, including problem structuring, data-driven diagnosis, and effective stakeholder management.

Conduct thorough diagnostics through interviews, process reviews, and data analysis to identify root causes of revenue, conversion, and retention gaps. Evaluate end-to-end sales processes to design impactful improvement interventions.

Develop structured transformation roadmaps and KPI-driven impact tracking mechanisms. Assess marketing, pre-sales, and customer retention processes to boost campaign effectiveness, pipeline quality, conversion rates, customer loyalty, and repeat revenue.

A Master of Business Administration (MBA) is required for this role. A minimum of 4 years of experience in Business Consulting is essential.

Demonstrate strong management consulting fundamentals and the ability to deliver insightful, practical solutions. Possess an agile, curious, and adaptable approach to problem-solving, with the capacity to sustain positive energy.
