This role is for a Senior Consultant within the Advanced Manufacturing, Mobility & Infrastructure (AMI), Consulting, Business Consulting, Marketing, Sales & Service division in Gurgaon. As a Senior Consultant, you will leverage 5-12 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or energy advisory roles. Your responsibilities include delivering engagements in business planning, business transformation, go-to-market strategy, operating model design, market research, commercial due diligence, and growth strategy.

You will apply strong problem-solving, business modeling, and client management skills to high-impact strategic projects. Demonstrated expertise in the Energy sector, including Oil & Gas, Energy & Infrastructure (utilities, power, large-scale infrastructure), is essential. Responsibilities include conducting strategic assessments, market analyses, competitive benchmarking, and creating business plans.

Key tasks involve designing and implementing go-to-market strategies for new products or market entries, developing operating models, organizational structures, and governance frameworks. You will also contribute to designing growth strategies, portfolio diversification, and entry strategies for new markets or emerging energy technologies, preferably with experience working with global or Indian energy clients, investment funds, or large infrastructure players.

To excel in this role, you need a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Planning, Strategy Consulting, and Operating Model Transformation.
