Join our dynamic team as a Senior Functional Consultant specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (D365BC). This role is ideal for an expert in AL development and business logic customization through extensions, focused on building and supporting tailored D365BC solutions.

Engage with stakeholders to define requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and ensure the quality of system releases.

Configure core D365BC modules including Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Jobs, and Manufacturing.

Collaborate with product teams, stakeholders, and cross-functional departments to establish clear acceptance criteria and business case scenarios for high-quality feature delivery.

Troubleshoot integration issues, diagnose data synchronization failures, and implement effective root cause analyses and resolutions.

Partner with developers and technical consultants on testing new functionalities and third-party integrations.

Contribute to functional design, configuration, and testing of Business Central modules.

Execute comprehensive end-to-end system testing, encompassing both functional and integration aspects, to guarantee solution excellence.

Oversee system upgrades, enhancements, and release management processes.

Lead workshops and deliver training sessions to end-users.

Adhere to QA processes and prepare necessary project documentation.

Maintain current knowledge of the latest Microsoft updates and AL development best practices.

A professional qualification like CA or an MBA in Finance is highly desirable for this role.

Demonstrate a strong track record with a minimum of 5 full-cycle implementations and support engagements.

Possess 5-8 years of in-depth, hands-on experience with D365 Business Central.

Previous experience working with Microsoft Dynamics NAV is essential.

Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of BC modules, covering Finance, SCM, Manufacturing, Sales & Service.

Understand the architecture of Business Central, including its underlying transactions and business logic.

Provide support for data migration, system upgrades, and the deployment of new features as part of continuous improvement initiatives.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams are key.
