You will play a pivotal role in leveraging data to drive strategic guidance and actionable insights for our clients. This role focuses on building intelligent, agentic systems from the ground up, emphasizing deep algorithmic control and custom solutions.

Lead the architecture and development of sophisticated agentic and intelligent systems, taking ownership of core algorithms and model behavior. Architect end-to-end solutions with granular control over model internals, reasoning flows, and execution pipelines. Own the algorithmic and model-level behavior of agents, including reasoning strategies and failure handling.

Design and implement custom agent orchestration and memory systems. Build and fine-tune open-source or self-hosted LLMs, considering performance and security trade-offs. Develop tailored RAG pipelines for enterprise knowledge systems and integrate solutions with existing enterprise applications and data platforms.

Establish reusable libraries and internal frameworks for agent-based systems. Optimize model inference, latency, and response quality. Drive Responsible AI practices with robust guardrails and auditability. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to deliver reliable, deterministic agent-driven solutions and lead production support, debugging, and performance tuning.

We seek a Senior Consultant with 4 to 7 years of experience in building AI-driven systems, demonstrating a strong grasp of model behavior and algorithms beyond simple API integration. A deep understanding of agentic architectures, multi-agent coordination, and custom orchestration approaches is essential.

Candidates should possess the ability to design agent frameworks from scratch or significantly extend existing ones, with a strong understanding of LLM internals, transformer architectures, and inference behavior. Experience with open-source LLMs and self-hosted deployments, along with advanced reasoning strategies, is highly valued.

Proficiency in Python and/or Java/Go for AI backends is required, alongside experience deploying AI workloads on GCP. Familiarity with MLOps practices, AI observability, and AI security is crucial. A BE/B.Tech degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is necessary. Strong ownership, curiosity, and effective collaboration skills are key to success in this role.
