Join our team as a Senior Consultant, specializing in Axiom and Java, to drive innovative solutions in Bengaluru. This hybrid role focuses on cloud engineering and requires a strong blend of technical expertise and client-facing skills. You'll be instrumental in transforming complex requirements into effective solutions within a dynamic environment.

Engage in client discovery workshops, designing and configuring solutions using the Axiom ControllerView platform and other technologies. Collaborate closely with stakeholders, architects, and subject matter experts to analyze data and implement robust solutions. Responsibilities include hands-on development, requirements gathering, unit testing, and production support. You will also deliver end-user training and provide regulatory reporting expertise, staying current with evolving regulations.

Further responsibilities involve supporting various reporting solutions like Capital Risk, Local Regulatory Reporting, Trade and Transaction Reporting, GSD Reporting, FinReg, and FINSTAT. Adhere to software development lifecycle best practices and maintain precise documentation. Develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software applications and services, ensuring high quality, scalability, and maintainability.

We are seeking individuals with strong hands-on experience in Axiom and Java, coupled with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. A proven track record in requirement analysis, solution implementation, development, configuration, testing, and debugging is essential. Effective stakeholder management and collaboration skills are also vital.

Essential capabilities include experience in technology delivery, software development, or application support, with a solid understanding of software development principles and best practices. Proficiency in Java programming and knowledge of software testing and quality assurance practices are required. Strong communication, documentation, and attention to detail are paramount.
