Lead the design and development of scalable automation frameworks for web and API testing. Develop and maintain automation scripts using Selenium with Java, and drive API automation with Karate and ReadyAPI/SoapUI. Define and implement automation strategies to enhance quality and coverage across projects. Review automation code, ensuring adherence to best practices and framework guidelines. Mentor junior engineers, conduct technical reviews, and facilitate knowledge sharing. Collaborate with development teams, architects, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality software delivery throughout the SDLC. Manage automation planning, estimation, execution, and delivery for multiple releases. Integrate automation with CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Jenkins. Analyze execution results, lead defect triage, and perform root cause analysis. Provide regular status updates, quality metrics, and risk assessments to stakeholders. Champion continuous improvement in automation frameworks, processes, and engineering practices. Support browser compatibility testing using tools like SauceLabs and Perfecto. Participate actively in sprint planning, release planning, technical discussions, and quality reviews.

We seek an experienced Senior SDET/Automation Test Engineer with 6-10 years of quality engineering experience. A minimum of five years of experience in automated testing practices is essential, utilizing tools such as Selenium, Karate, SoapUI/ReadyAPI, GitHub Actions, and Jenkins. Proficiency in debugging code and analytics tags within web or mobile applications using Chrome developer tools is required.

Demonstrated experience of at least five years in project environments involving solution development lifecycles (SDLC) is necessary. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical leadership, framework ownership, and stakeholder management skills. Experience in leading automation initiatives, coupled with a proactive and independent approach to testing automation, is highly valued.
