This role supports our Banking & Capital Markets practice by enhancing enterprise applications crucial for banking operations, regulatory reporting, and compliance.

Leverage your expertise in Java technologies and regulatory solutions like Axiom to help clients streamline financial processes. Your contributions will strengthen reporting capabilities and address evolving business and regulatory demands within a dynamic consulting environment.

Drive IT/SRE automation initiatives, focusing on AIOps, service management, and AI/GenAI advancements. Implement LLM-based automation, workflow automation, ITSM solutions, and enhance observability and ChatOps capabilities.

Utilize experience with platforms such as ServiceNow, Microsoft Teams, Azure, AWS, or GCP. Apply a strong understanding of SRE principles, incident/problem management, ITIL frameworks, and automation governance to optimize operational analytics.

Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python, PowerShell, and REST APIs. Leverage DevOps tools like Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions to build robust CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with cloud environments and monitoring tools is essential.

Possess 8+ years of IT/SRE automation experience, including a strong background in AI/GenAI, LLM-based automation, and workflow automation. Expertise in ITSM, observability, and ChatOps is required.

Demonstrated experience with platforms like ServiceNow, Microsoft Teams, and major cloud providers (Azure, AWS, GCP). A solid understanding of SRE, ITIL, and operational analytics is crucial for success.

Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python and PowerShell, along with experience in REST APIs and automation/scripting tools. Hands-on experience with DevOps tools (Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins) and familiarity with monitoring tools (Splunk, Grafana) are expected.
