Lead and execute engagements focused on Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG), sustainability, climate change, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), and related assurance services.

Guide clients in developing sustainability reports and disclosures, adhering to frameworks like GRI, BRSR, CSRD, ISSB, TCFD, CDP, and Integrated Reporting.

Conduct comprehensive assessments including GHG inventories, Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions analyses, carbon footprint evaluations, and the development of decarbonization strategies.

Perform ESG maturity and materiality assessments, benchmarking studies, and strategic sustainability projects.

Effectively manage client relationships, project planning, deliverable execution, and the supervision of junior team members. Develop and prepare high-quality reports, presentations, proposals, and thought leadership materials. Support ESG assurance and sustainability data verification initiatives.

The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering and a Master's in Energy or an MBA with a focus on Sustainability. A minimum of 4 years of dedicated experience in the ESG advisory space is essential.
