Join our dynamic team as a Senior Consultant specializing in Advanced Planning Solutions (APS) within Supply Chain & Network Operations. Spearhead requirement gathering, solution design, and implementation for APS modules including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP, Inventory Optimization, and Production Planning. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to translate complex planning processes into robust system solutions. Configure, test, and deploy APS applications, ensuring they align perfectly with business goals. Conduct thorough process gap analyses and propose best-practice planning strategies.

Lead workshops, deliver comprehensive user training, manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and drive effective change management initiatives. Facilitate seamless integration of APS solutions with major ERP systems like SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and Oracle. Ensure successful project outcomes focused on planning accuracy, supply chain efficiency, and measurable business value realization.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Technology, Operations, or a related discipline is required. Candidates should possess a minimum of 3 years of overall experience, with a proven track record of at least 5 years managing large-scale transformation programs.

Demonstrated expertise in Supply Chain or APS Functional areas is essential. Experience in managing complex, multi-vendor, and multi-location programs is highly desirable. Preferred candidates may also have experience with specific APS tools such as BY, Kinaxis, IBP, o9, OMP, or APO. The role is based in Mumbai, IN.
