Join our dynamic team as a Senior Consultant in Supply Chain & Network Operations. This role is crucial for driving functional excellence and enabling innovation within Enterprise Technology & Services.

You will be instrumental in optimizing sales performance, enhancing distributor service levels, and maintaining optimal inventory health across your designated zone. This involves proactive monitoring and strategic collaboration with various teams to achieve sales targets and ensure efficient operations.

Own the overall P&L performance of your zone by spearheading profitable growth, operational efficiencies, and flawless execution throughout the distribution network. This position offers a significant opportunity to impact business results and drive long-term success.

Drive primary and secondary sales targets for the zone, ensuring profitable expansion. Monitor distributor inventory, sales, fill rates, stockouts, and sales losses via the Supply Chain Control Tower. Ensure availability of key SKUs and promote range selling across distributors and markets. Identify and mitigate inventory risks through timely replenishment to maintain service levels. Collaborate with sales, depot, logistics, and plant teams to resolve supply constraints and boost execution. Track SKU-level exceptions, prioritize critical issues, and ensure swift resolution of supply problems. Implement strategies to reduce stockouts, improve fill rates, minimize sales losses, and enhance distributor service. Conduct regular business reviews and provide leadership with key performance indicators for sales, inventory, service, and execution. Manage the zone's P&L by balancing growth, service, inventory, and operational costs effectively.

A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a related discipline is required. Possess 4–8 years of experience in supply chain, sales operations, distribution, logistics, planning, or customer service, ideally within the FMCG/CPG sector. Demonstrate strong analytical capabilities, effective stakeholder management skills, and a proven ability to solve complex problems. Prior experience with CPG/FMCG companies, including sales and supply chain execution, digital dashboards, control towers, and data-driven decision-making, is essential. Exhibit a proven capacity to manage cross-functional teams and drive execution in a multi-location environment.
