Join our dynamic team as a Senior Consultant, specializing in APS Functional aspects within Supply Chain & Network Operations. Based in Ahmedabad, this role is crucial for driving sales performance, optimizing inventory, and enhancing service levels across the designated zone.

You will act as a vital link between sales, depot, logistics, and plant teams, ensuring the achievement of sales targets, effective inventory management, and superior service delivery. This position offers the opportunity to significantly impact the zone's P&L performance through profitable growth and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities include driving zonal sales targets and profitable growth, closely monitoring distributor inventory, sales, and fill rates via the Supply Chain Control Tower. You will ensure product availability, facilitate range selling, and proactively manage inventory levels by coordinating replenishment actions. Resolving supply constraints through collaboration with cross-functional teams and tracking SKU-level exceptions to drive timely issue closure are also vital.

Further, you will champion initiatives to minimize stockouts, improve fill rates, and reduce sales losses, ultimately enhancing distributor service. Regular business reviews and providing leadership with insights into sales, inventory, service, and execution KPIs are expected. Ultimately, you will own the zone's P&L by expertly balancing growth, service, inventory, and operating costs.

We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a related field. A minimum of 4 to 8 years of experience in supply chain, sales operations, distribution, logistics, planning, or customer service, ideally within the FMCG/CPG sector, is required.

Essential qualifications include strong analytical, stakeholder management, and problem-solving capabilities. Experience with CPG/FMCG sales and supply chain execution, digital dashboards, control towers, and data-driven decision-making is highly valued. The proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive execution in a multi-location setting is crucial for success in this role.
