Your responsibilities will include assessing existing BY solutions for migration, leading business process analysis, and designing functional specifications. You will develop customer proof-of-concepts, create reusable templates to streamline implementation lifecycles, and prepare engaging presentations for diverse audiences.

Key tasks involve supporting business case development, creating and modifying system documentation, and executing test scripts to ensure software meets business objectives. You will also develop functional specifications for modifications and interfaces, provide expert advice on industry best practices, and ensure knowledge transfer to customer teams. Preparing and delivering solution training and validating new product solutions are also part of this role.

We require a minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience as an architect or business consultant in supply chain solutions, preferably with BY/JDA or similar platforms. An advanced degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, or Operations Research is preferred, though a combination of a Bachelor's degree and relevant experience will be considered.

Familiarity with multiple i2/BY/JDA solutions, including Demand, SCP/ESP, Fulfill, S&OP, and IO, is essential. Demonstrable experience with these planning solutions or similar offerings is a must. Experience in demand and supply planning for the Manufacturing or Retail industry segments is highly desirable. Knowledge of AI/ML algorithms, R, and Python packages, along with an understanding of time series forecasting, databases, Snowflake, Azure, SaaS, and DevOps operations, is also expected.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are critical, as is the ability to work independently and proactively. You should be passionate about new technologies, capable of learning quickly, and possess excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. The ability to drive discussions on both functional and technical concepts for varied audiences is key. Experience with other leading supply chain planning solutions like O9, Kinaxis, Oracle, or SAP, as well as relevant industry certifications from APICS, will be advantageous.
