Your role will involve analyzing and assessing existing BY solutions for migration to Cognitive Planning, leading business process analysis, and designing functional specifications. You will be responsible for developing customer Proofs of Concept (PoCs) and demonstrations, alongside creating reusable templates and artifacts to streamline implementation lifecycles. Effective communication and presentation skills are essential for engaging with user, management, and executive-level audiences. You will also contribute to project planning, documentation, and the development of test scripts to ensure software meets business objectives. Knowledge transfer and thought leadership within your product solution area are key, as is providing advice on industry best practices and process methodology. Support for go-live periods and user support are also critical components of this role.

We are seeking candidates with at least 6 years of hands-on experience as an architect or business consultant in supply chain solutions, preferably with JDA/BY or similar platforms. An advanced degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, or Operations Research is preferred, though a combination of a Bachelor’s degree and relevant experience may suffice. A strong understanding of various i2/BY/JDA solutions (Demand, SCP/ESP, Fulfill, S&OP, IO) and their configurations is required. Demonstrable experience with AI/ML algorithms, R, Python, databases, Snowflake, Azure, and DevOps operations is also essential. Excellent business analysis skills, familiarity with statistical and machine learning algorithms, and SCM concepts are crucial. Industry certifications from APICS are a plus. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills are expected, along with the ability to work independently and learn new technologies quickly.
