Join our Enterprise Technology & Performance team as a Senior Consultant, focusing on Supply Chain & Network Operations. You will play a crucial role in driving functional excellence and enabling innovation for our clients by optimizing their enterprise technology solutions.

Analyze and assess existing customer BY solutions for migration to Cognitive Planning. Conduct and lead business process analysis, design, and construction phases, culminating in the writing of functional specifications.

Design and build Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and demos in collaboration with presales and solution demo teams. Develop reusable templates and artifacts to accelerate implementation lifecycles, reduce post-go-live errors, and enhance support operations.

Prepare and deliver presentations to user, management, and executive levels, assisting Project Managers with planning. Communicate business cases for future product functionality and enhancements to PMG and PD.

Create and modify procedural and system documentation, and develop detailed project task plans. Execute test scripts to ensure BY software meets customer business objectives and develop functional specifications for modifications, interfaces, reports, and screens.

Facilitate knowledge transfer with client project teams and act as a thought leader in your product solution area. Provide expert advice on industry best practices and process methodology, offering non-technical support during go-live and project roll-off.

Deliver primary user support, verifying system functionality and data integrity. Prepare and conduct solution training, supporting broader team enablement. Advise support services on addressing technical issues and perform new product solution validation, including end-to-end data flow, interface, workflow, and performance testing.

Raise Jira and case tickets, providing feedback to PD/PMG on defects and enhancements. Be flexible to work across overlapping time zones.

Requires a minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience as an architect or business consultant specializing in supply chain solutions for clients. Prior experience as a customer of BY/JDA/similar solutions or as a consultant implementing i2/BY/JDA/similar supply chain planning solutions is preferred.

An advanced degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, or Operations Research is preferred. However, a Bachelor's degree combined with relevant industry experience may be considered.

Possess a strong understanding of multiple i2/BY/JDA solutions, including Demand, SCP/ESP, Fulfill, S&OP, and IO, along with their configuration capabilities to support client business processes. Demonstrable experience with i2/BY/JDA planning solutions or comparable supply chain planning software is essential.

Experience in demand and supply planning within the Manufacturing and/or Retail industry segments is required. Consulting and implementation experience with other leading supply chain planning solutions such as O9, Kinaxis, Oracle, or SAP, as well as leading ERPs, will be advantageous.

Working experience with AI/ML algorithms, R, and Python packages is necessary. Understanding of time series forecasting is also required. Familiarity with database concepts, Snowflake, Azure, SaaS technical platforms, and DevOps operations is expected.

Candidates must possess strong business analysis skills, a solid understanding of statistical and machine learning algorithms, SCM concepts, and awareness of tactical planning within the overall supply chain. Relevant industry certification from APICS is a plus.

Ability to lead discussions on functional processes and technical concepts effectively for diverse audiences and organizational levels. Develop and maintain strong, productive relationships with clients, partners, PD, PMG, and consultants, ensuring issue resolution.
