Define and advance the technology strategy for large-scale customer engagements, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with business objectives and architectural best practices. Design, develop, and deploy solutions on Microsoft Azure, accelerating customer value through effective use of Microsoft technologies and platforms. Apply user-centered design principles to translate customer needs into clear technical requirements and scalable solution designs via iterative prototyping and feedback. Provide delivery leadership by setting technical priorities, estimating effort, managing dependencies, making informed trade-offs, and driving successful releases. Uphold engineering excellence and solution quality, taking accountability for the overall efficacy, performance, security, and compliance of technical delivery within assigned engagements. Proactively manage executive-level customer relationships to identify satisfaction drivers and dissatisfaction root causes, establishing recovery actions to enhance the customer experience.

A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in software engineering, application development, and solution delivery, with a strong emphasis on enterprise-scale, customer-facing engagements. Requires 5+ years of experience in customer-facing delivery leadership. A Bachelor's degree in computer science engineering or a related field is necessary; advanced or higher education qualifications are a plus. Preferred candidates will hold Microsoft and cloud technology certifications, such as AZ-204, AI-102, MCSD, MCSE, or equivalent modern cloud and AI certifications. Expertise in Full-Stack Application Development using .NET (C#), .NET Web APIs, Node.js is essential. Proficiency across UI, API, service, domain, data, and integration layers using C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular or React, HTML5, and CSS/SCSS is required. Deep understanding of software architecture patterns and proficiency with cloud data platforms like Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, and Azure Database for PostgreSQL are critical. Strong hands-on experience in AI Application Development and Generative AI, particularly with Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Search, and RAG patterns, is a must. Advanced Python expertise in implementing RAG pipelines, vector workflows, and agent orchestration is expected. A strong understanding and application of Responsible AI principles are mandatory.
