We are seeking a highly independent, confident, and adaptable SAFe Scrum Master who can foster a high-performing team environment. You will be instrumental in creating the conditions for your team to deliver significant value consistently.

As a SAFe Scrum Master, you will facilitate Agile events, coach teams on best practices, and remove impediments to ensure smooth execution. You will foster collaboration across teams, coach Agile maturity, and support Product Owners in backlog refinement.

Key duties include driving continuous improvement, developing daily performance management practices, and cultivating a problem-solving and Kaizen culture. You will also manage risks and dependencies, champion Agile transformation, and navigate organizational challenges.

Your role will involve motivating teams, facilitating critical conversations, and collaborating closely with engineering teams to adopt Agile Engineering practices like TDD, CI/CD, and DevOps.

We are looking for a candidate with 6 to 9 years of overall experience, including at least 5 years in a relevant Scrum Master role. Hands-on experience with SAFe projects and familiarity with SDLC, waterfall, and hybrid projects are essential.

Proficiency in Agile frameworks such as SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, and Lean Agile is required, along with experience in project management tools like JIRA and ADO. A Leading SAFe 6.0 certification or CSM/PSM equivalent is necessary.

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or an MBA. Excellent communication, coaching, and mentoring skills are also highly valued. PMP®, Agile, or SAFe certifications are preferred.
