Join our dynamic Enterprise Technology & Performance team as a Senior Consultant specializing in APM: Scrum Master. This role is pivotal in driving finance transformation and strategy. You will be instrumental in guiding agile teams within a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) to achieve high-quality outcomes and organizational objectives. We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master with a minimum of 8-12 years in agile environments. You will serve as a servant leader, coach, and facilitator, fostering collaboration and enabling teams to deliver exceptional results. This position requires a proactive approach to impediment removal and a strong focus on aligning team efforts with broader program increment goals. Your expertise will be crucial in navigating complex projects and driving continuous improvement.

As a Scrum Master, you will facilitate all scrum ceremonies for three agile teams, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. You'll coach teams on Agile/Scrum principles, SAFe practices, and instill a culture of continuous improvement. Identifying and resolving team-level impediments, while escalating ART-level blockers to the Release Train Engineer, will be key. You will also support teams in maintaining healthy backlogs, clear sprint goals, and predictable delivery, while fostering psychological safety, collaboration, and accountability within each team.

On a program/ART level, you will actively participate in PI Planning, Inspect & Adapt events, Scrum of Scrums, and ART syncs. Partnering with Product Owners to ensure alignment between team objectives and PI goals is essential. You will collaborate with the RTE and fellow Scrum Masters to drive ART-level improvements and optimize flow, supporting dependency management and promoting effective cross-team coordination. Additionally, you'll coach teams on flow metrics, quality practices, and a DevOps mindset, enabling them to inspect outcomes, identify improvement actions, and track them to closure, guiding them towards greater self-organization and ownership.

We are seeking a Scrum Master or Agile Coach with over 5 years of dedicated experience, including at least 2 years specifically within SAFe or large-scale agile environments. Proven hands-on experience supporting multiple agile teams concurrently is essential. A deep understanding of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe roles, events, and artifacts is required, alongside a demonstrated ability to facilitate productive conversations, effectively resolve conflicts, and influence stakeholders without direct authority. Experience working with distributed or cross-functional teams is also necessary. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills are fundamental to success in this role.

Preferred certifications include Certified Scrum Master (CSM) / PSM I or higher, and SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM). Educational qualifications should include an undergraduate degree or higher.
