Join our Enterprise Technology & Performance team as a Senior Consultant, specializing in SAP Project Management and Finance Transformation. This role is pivotal in driving SAP implementation and transformation projects, aligning with client needs and IT/Business strategies. You'll manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring successful outcomes through meticulous planning and execution.

Spearhead SAP Implementation & Transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with customer project/product organizations and IT/Business units. Execute comprehensive project management, including issue, time, cost, risk, communication, quality, resource, and session management. Lead project teams in the development and launch of new product initiatives, overseeing cost-benefit analysis, budget estimation, timelines, and resource allocation. Develop and implement measurement processes to assess project progress and outcomes.

Key duties involve understanding client requirements and business processes, creating detailed project plans, and driving adoption of SAP project methodology. Coordinate and lead SAP consultants and support resources, providing clear reporting and escalations to management. Manage project scope, resources, budget, and schedule to meet deadlines and guidelines. Foster strong critical-thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities within the team. Direct, manage, and motivate project teams in multi-vendor and multi-country settings, effectively handling escalations and conflicts. Possess strong experience in stakeholder management, change management, communication planning, risk mitigation, implementation, and cutover planning. Prepare project status updates, manage Steering Meetings, Phase exits, and Project meetings.

We require a seasoned professional with 8-12 years of overall experience, including a minimum of 3 years in project management. Proven experience in leading at least two end-to-end SAP Implementation projects is essential. A strong functional knowledge in SAP modules such as FI, CO, SD, MM, PP, PM, or QM is mandatory, excluding expertise in ABAP, BASIS, BO, BW, and HCM. Experience with SAP S/4 HANA and ECC is a must.

Ideal candidates will possess robust project management skills and have worked with MNCs or international clients. Familiarity with Project Management Tools, excellent written and verbal communication, and presentation skills are crucial. While not mandatory, certifications like PMP, Agile, Scrum Master, or Prince2 are preferred. Strong leadership, interpersonal, and motivational skills are highly valued, along with experience in Cloud Solutions and Activate Methodology.

An engineering degree (preferably Computer Science) or equivalent is required. We are looking for individuals with excellent skills in servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency. Knowledge and experience in Agile, Lean, and DevOps approaches are beneficial. The ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels, coupled with excellent coaching and mentoring skills, is expected. Flexibility to travel is mandatory.
