As a SAFe Scrum Master, you will cultivate a high-performing team environment, facilitating Agile events like daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. You'll coach teams on Agile frameworks, diligently remove impediments, and foster strong collaboration between teams, Product Owners, and leadership.

Key responsibilities include driving Agile maturity, supporting Product Owners with backlog refinement, and championing continuous improvement through Inspect & Adapt workshops. You will also implement daily performance management practices, encourage a Kaizen culture, and manage risks and dependencies effectively.

Further, you will champion Agile transformation across the organization, navigate organizational challenges with stakeholders, motivate teams towards business goals, and facilitate critical conversations. Close collaboration with engineering teams to adopt Agile engineering practices such as TDD, CI/CD, DevOps, and automation is essential.

We are looking for candidates with 8 to 12 years of overall experience, including at least 5 years as a dedicated Scrum Master. Proven hands-on experience with SAFe projects is mandatory, alongside a strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), waterfall, and hybrid project methodologies.

Proficiency in Agile frameworks such as SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, and Lean Agile is required. Experience with project management tools like JIRA and Azure DevOps (ADO) is also essential. A Leading SAFe 6.0 certification or an equivalent CSM/PSM is expected.

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or an MBA. While a PMP®, Agile, or SAFe certification is preferred, exceptional communication, coaching, and mentoring skills are paramount for success in this role.
