Join our dynamic team as a Senior Consultant specializing in Oracle PM for Finance Transformation. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive critical finance strategy initiatives within a leading professional services firm. You will be instrumental in shaping the future of enterprise technology and contributing to functional excellence and innovation.

Lead comprehensive Oracle PM implementation and upgrade projects, ensuring seamless execution from initiation to completion. Develop detailed project plans in alignment with delivery methodologies, and foster strong collaboration across finance, SCM, and HCM functional teams, as well as integration and data migration technical teams. Effectively manage project resources, budgets, timelines, and risks, while ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards. Conduct regular project meetings, prepare status reports, manage steering committee interactions, and facilitate effective stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Oversee crucial phases including test planning and execution, cutover strategy, go-live, and post-production support. You will be expected to demonstrate strong critical thinking to resolve complex issues and facilitate informed decision-making. Furthermore, the role requires the ability to direct, manage, and motivate project teams in a multi-vendor and multi-country setting, alongside expertly handling escalations and conflicts within the team to ensure smooth project operations.

A minimum of 6-9 years of professional experience in ERP projects, with at least 4 years specifically focused on Oracle ERP. Candidates must possess hands-on experience with at least one end-to-end implementation in Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud. Essential functional knowledge in at least one Finance or Supply Chain module is required, such as Inventory, Warehouse, Manufacturing, Order Management, Procurement, Supply Chain Planning, AR, AP, or GL. Please note, roles requiring only technical backgrounds or techno-functional PMs are not suitable for this position. Direct implementation experience is a mandatory requirement; candidates with only support project or AMS experience will not be considered.
